Our commitment

Bec cleans for people of all ages and abilities — including NDIS participants — and this website should hold itself to the same standard. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across the site.

What that looks like here

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring and a skip-to-content link.
• Animations are switched off automatically when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Text sizes and colour contrast are chosen to stay readable, on white and on black.
• Images carry written descriptions, and forms label every field.
• Prefer not to use the forms at all? Everything can be done over the phone.
