Quotes come first
No work starts until you have a quote and you’ve said yes to it. Quotes are based on what you tell Bec and the photos you send — if the job turns out to be materially bigger than described, Bec will talk to you before doing anything extra, never after.
Your photos
Photos you upload with a quote request are used for one thing: scoping and pricing your job. They aren’t published, shared or kept longer than needed. More detail is in the privacy page.
Where Bec works
Barossa Valley Cleaning Services covers the Barossa Valley, Gawler and surrounds, down to Oakden. If you’re just outside that area, ask — some jobs are worth the drive, and Bec will tell you straight if yours isn’t one she can take on.
Cancellations
Life happens. If you need to cancel or move a clean, let Bec know as early as you can — a day’s notice is appreciated so the time can go to someone else. Repeated no-notice cancellations may mean Bec can’t hold your regular spot.
